The final round of the Olympiad on the Russian language among graduates and students of Chinese normal universities took place at Beijing Normal University on 16 and 17 April, 2016. The members of the MSPU delegation consisting of the Vice-rector, the director of the Institute of Philology and Foreign Languages L.A. Trubina, the head of the Department of humanitarian cooperation E.B. Egorova and professor of the Department of Russian literature V.K. Sigov were among judges.
Winners of the Olympiad are welcome to continue their studies on MSPU Master’s programmes.
On 18 April, 2016 at the Representatives of the Agency “Rossotrudnichestvo” and Russian cultural center in Beijing the presentation of MSPU took place.
On 19 April, 2016 the MSPU delegation visited Hebei University of Foreign Languages (Shihkiachwang). More than 200 students have been studying the Russian language there. According to the cooperation agreement between our universities a programme of joint education on the Russian language bachelor’s programmes (2+2) is under way.
During the talks with the representatives of the University governing bodies it was decided to held the Olympiad for pupils studying the Russian language and to establish the preparatory faculty of MSPU on the base of HUFL.
