The last day was full of important events. MPGU Rector Alexey Lubkov with colleagues had a meeting with the representatives of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan for discussion the results of the visit and perspectives of further cooperation. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, employees of the Ministry of Education and representatives of National Chengchi University. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan assured all participants of the meeting of its support for the initiatives of MPGU and Taiwan educational organizations in strengthening the partnership.
Now the whole East Asian island has learned about our University. This was greatly facilitated not only by the meetings of the delegation itself with leaders, lecturers and students of Taiwanese educational organizations, but also by news in Taiwan media — information on the websites of Taiwan Universities and broadcast of Radio Taiwan.
The agreements were signed, professional and friendly contacts have been established with the leaders of Taiwan Universities and lecturers of the Russian language, MPGU presentations for Taiwanese students and pupils was made. The geography of academic mobility has expended for our teachers and students.
The mission of MPGU delegation to promote Russian pedagogical education has been successful!
