Representatives of International Relations Office visited the University-partner of MSPU in Romania –West University of Timisoara (WUT) from 24 April to 4 May 2017. The cooperation with WUT has been developed for more than 10 years.
MSPU delegations took part in Erasmus Staff Training Week with the representatives of more than 30 Universities from 15 World countries, including Estonia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and others.
The work on the Erasmus project implicates several basic directions and cooperation of departments of Universities and other organizations. Erasmus European association helps Universities and organizes educational, entertaining and cultural activities for students. The International office works with documents.
During the conference Timisoara guests presented their Universities. MPSU delegations prepared a presentation of our University and experience of participating in international programmes.
Exchange of experience in work within the framework of different Erasmus projects, discussion of possible joint applications, acquaintance with educational systems of different countries has become important.
MSPU representatives also visited the department of the Russian language. This department trains more than 100 people and accepts exchange students who come to WUT from MSPU.
Dean of the faculty of languages reacted with great interest to the proposal of establishing a programme of double master’s diplomas with the support of the European Union.
Parties agreed to expend cooperation within the framework of Erasmus+ agreement and add the following directions: “Art and the Humanitarian”, “Music and Performing Art”, “Political Sciences”. The general agreement with WUT was renewed.
