On April 22, 2021 the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation initiated a working meeting with Russian pedagogical universities in order to develop cooperation in the educational sphere with the Kyrgyz Republic. The meeting was attended by rectors, vice-rectors and heads of international services of 33 Russian pedagogical universities, branches of Russian universities in Kyrgyzstan, as well as the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after I. B.N. Yeltsin.
Among the tasks set for pedagogical universities during the meeting at the Moscow State Pedagogical University is the training and professional development of teachers for the Kyrgyz Republic. It was noted that in order to balance the distribution of instructions to Russian pedagogical universities, it is necessary to draw up a holistic picture of the existing experience and coordinate efforts for joint actions to solve the assigned tasks.
