MPGU Rector Alexey Lubkov sent a video message to the Chinese




To support Chinese in their fight with coronavirus, MPGU Rector Alexey Lubkov recorded a video message that addresses Chinese students and wishes them to stay strong in these difficult times. His message became so popular that it got covered in Chenese news report on CCTV News.

In the message Dr. Lubkov says that he support the decision to extend the semester break in Russia until March 1. The order was issued by the Ministry of sience and higher education of the Russian Federation to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This decision was supported by the Union of Rectors of Moscow and Moscow region universities. Dr. Lubkov addressed MPGU Chinese students:

We deeply respect Chinese students, you proved to be very organised and highly disciplined people. I am confident that ouк teachers will find means to continue teaching using tele-education. He wished students to stay in positive mood, strength and confidence.

MPGU students and teachers cordially supported the Rector’s message by saying «Stay strong, China, stay strong, Wuhan!» and «Isolate epidemics, not love!»
