On April, 3 2019 MPGU Rector A. Lubkov had a meeting with heads of Institutes and Faculties to discuss perspectives of cooperation with Kirgizstan and Uzbekistan. A. Lubkov brought into focus the importance of developing relationships with these countries. He reminded the audience of V. Putin’s words about inheriting the best traditions of the USSR system of education which was one of the most effective at the time. The Rector finished his speech with the words about necessity of revival of the common educational ground.
One of MPGU goals is to accurately evaluate the benefits and difficulties of the future cooperation and to offer to the foreign colleagues the full range of opportunities of cooperation, such as student and academic staff exchange programs, development of educational programs etc.
The participants of the discussion table came to the conclusion that it is necessary to prepare and formalize the algorithm of work with Universities of Kirgizstan and Uzbekistan, including various projects that involve distance learning programs.
