At the end of a busy academic year a series of online seminars on regional studies took place organized by Moscow Pedagogical State University and the University of Leipzig.
Within the framework of the German language course at the Institute of Philology, Olga Morozova, lecturer at MPGU Department of Theory and Practice of Translation and Communication, organized and conducted a series of seminars on education in Russia and Germany, proposed by Dr. Makhabbat Kenzhegalieva, Doctor of Science at the Faculty of Education at the University of Leipzig.
Undergraduate and graduate students of the Institute of Philology participated in the project. First, German students talked about the education system in Germany, and then MPGU students presented the education system in Russia.
This experience proved to be very useful in the course of studying the German language. Students had a unique opportunity to test their knowledge in practice, discuss details, clarify details with native speakers.
We hope that this experience was useful to our colleagues from Germany and we will be able to continue cooperation aimed at developing and expanding our joint projects.
