International students are welcome at MSPU from all over the world. MSPU is among top ten universities of Moscow regarding the number of international students. In 2014 the university enrolled 860 international students on all levels of education. Students are comming from CIS, Ukraine, European countries, Middle East, China, Africa.
Academic year is devided in two semesters:
1. Fall-Winter Semester starts on 01 September and ends on 25 December and followed by Winter academic session from 25 December till 25 January.
Winter break: from 26 January till 06 February.
2. Spring-Summer Semester starts on 07 February and ends on 25 May and followed by Summer academic session from 25 May till 25 June.
Summer break: from 26 June till 31 August.
International students should apply for admission for Bachelor, Master and Post-graduate programs starting from 25 June 2014. Admission is open till 30 September 2014.

In order to apply for admission you need to fill in an Application form in English (ссылка на анкету) and send it back to the Office of International Relations with scanned copy of the first page of your international passport via e-mail: ums@mpgu.edu.
You will receive confirmation that your request has been processed and then will be contacted by specialists of the Office. Usually the invitation is issued within 20 working days.
International students are provided with housing at MSPU dormitories (ссылка на раздел Dormitories) and have to arrive in Moscow between 20-25 August for orientation week.
Classes start on 01 September.
