Institute of Foreign Languages, established in 1948, is the biggest department in the University. Today more than 3000 students study the most popular languages, such as English, German, French, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Czech here. The Institute offers a «traditional» approach to studying foreign languages and a classical education in this field.
Students do internships at schools and gymnasiums, translation companies, international publishing houses. The Institute is proud to employ the best national and international specialists in the linguistic field and offers its students double-degree pograms together with Pedagogical University of Cracow (Poland). The high level of education allows students to continue their graduate studies abroad, in American and European universities.
