The MSPU delegation consisting of L.A. Trubina, Vice-Rector, Doctor of philological science, prof. and A.A. Urazbekova, Deputy Vice-Rector for development and international cooperation took part in the festive events dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of Pedagogical University of Cracow (The Republic of Poland) on May 9-12, 2016. On behalf of Rector and MSPU colleges a congratulatory paper and a valuable gift were handed. The representatives from more than 50 partners from universities of Poland, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Israel, Germany, Baltic countries, Ukraine, Belarus took part in the festive events. Andrzej Wajda, the outstanding Poland director, honorable professor of Pedagogical University of Cracow was among the guests.
During the visit several meetings were held with prof. K. Karolczak, newly elected Rector, who stressed the intensity of our cooperation, and with prof. M. Volos and prof. B. Skovronk, newly elected Vice-Rectors for science and work with students. Our partners hoped that work connected with double diplomas would be intensify and also expressed the desire of the Polish side to attract MSPU to work in international consortiums.
The Anniversary of Pedagogical University of Cracow took place in the days of celebration of the 71th Anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The members of Russian delegation interviewed M. Voloson historic events – the role of soviet soldiers in the process of Cracow liberation.
