Dear International Students!
The Office of International Relations of Moscow State University of Education (MPGU) is delighted to welcome you to our university and to introduce you to the MPGU Buddy Club – a student association created to make your adaptation in Moscow and your studies at MPGU as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
By becoming a part of our club, you will benefit from:
- Support during your adaptation to life in Russia. You will be met at the airport or railway station, assisted with dormitory check-in, and helped with the necessary paperwork.
- An introduction to the university. Our volunteers will show you around the campus, libraries, canteens, and other key facilities of MPGU.
- Help with everyday matters. Whether you have questions about your studies or daily life, our mentors are always there to assist you.
- Participation in exciting events. We organise excursions around Moscow, quests, parties, film screenings, and celebrations of national holidays.
- Language practice. You will have the chance to communicate with Russian students and practice the Russian language in a lively, informal setting.
- New friendships. The club is a great opportunity to meet students from different countries, get to know Russia, and learn about its culture and traditions first-hand.
MPGU Buddy Club is a voluntary, non-profit association where every international student can find support, engaging communication, and become a fully-fledged member of the university community.
