Between March 15, 2020 and June 15, 2020 documents for new MPGU invitations to the Russian Federation are not issued or accepted.
If your visa or registration expires between March 15, 2020 and June 15, 2020, it will be valid for another 93 days from the expiry date (also for leaving the Russian Federation). Visa extension procedure will be taking place in the usual way when the Russian government withdraws restrictive measures imposed to slow down the Covid-19 virus.
Between 15.03.2020 and 15.06.2020 no new visas, visa extensions and registrations are issued.

If your visa or registration ends between March 15, 2020 and June 30, 2020, send copies of the necessary documents to email@example.com
After the lockdown Passport and Visa Department of the International Relations Office will handle processing of your documents as usual.
Between March 15, 2020 and June 15, 2020 Russian authorities do not take any measures for foreign citizens deportation and visa cancellations.
