  1. Visa application form (EXAMPLE) (put your signature only in blue pen, both in Russian and your native language);
  2. Copies of all passport pages that are stamped or have visas or any other information
  3. Copy of the migration card
  4. Copy of the first passport page, valid visa, migration card — on one sheet of paper
  5. Copy of the registration
  6. One color photo
  7. Residential lease agreement (apartment rental agreement)
