A ceremonial signing of the cooperation agreement between the Euroasian Universities Association (EUA) and the Euroasion Pedagogical Universities Association took place on 12 April, 2016. The agreement was signed during the enlarged meeting of the Council of EUA by the President of EUA academician V.A. Sadovnichiy and the MSPU Rector academician A.L. Semenov.
A.L. Semenov in his speech proposed to join the efforts of the two associations in developing pedagogical education.
The invited guest – the Chairman of the State Duma A.E. Naryshkin proposed to establish at the Eurasian space a network university. The Council members, rectors of universities of CIS supported this initiative.
